Official Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Eligibility The Bradley & Weston Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of The United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Bradley & Weston, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 01, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

  Method 1: Review Entry (FTC Disclosure Required). Visit Bradley& Weston page and submit an honest review of your experience with our product/service. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: To comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, you must explicitly include the phrase "This review was submitted as part of a giveaway entry" (or substantially similar wording) within the text of your review. Reviews that do not include this disclosure will be disqualified. Your review does not need to be positive to qualify; star ratings do not affect your chances of winning.

  Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase/Review Necessary). To enter without writing a review or making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a standard 3x5" postcard and mail it to: Bradley & Weston 998 Warren St, Tulare, CA 93274, United States. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, and received no later than January 5, 2027.
  

Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

4. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive $1,000 in store credit valid for purchases at Bradley & Weston. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store credit must be used within 1 year of issuance.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about  January 6, 2027.

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, or fails to provide any requested verification information, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

6. Publicity & Disclosure

By participating, entrants agree to allow Bradley & Weston to use their first name and general location (City, State) for promotional purposes regarding this giveaway without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability & General Conditions

Bradley & Weston reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Bradley & Weston in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bradley & Weston and its platforms from any liability or claim arising out of participation or receipt/use of the prize.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bradley & Weston, located at Bradley & Weston 998 Warren St, Tulare, CA 93274, United States. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Trustpilot, Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, or any other Social Network.
