Refund policy
We want you to love your Bradley & Weston purchase. Every piece we create is designed to bring confidence and timeless style to your wardrobe—but if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. We never charge restocking fees—what you see is what you get, right down to our return policy. All returns without approval by our team, or sent to an incorrect address will not be approved.
To start a return, simply email us at sales@bradley-weston.com with your order number, and our friendly team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
If you’d like to make an exchange, just let us know when you contact us—we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect replacement.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
