Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders Above $75 USD!

For everywhere else, standard international shipping fees apply. These are always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order—no hidden costs, ever.

Can I update my shipping address on my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we are able to make address changes on your order. If your package has already been shipped out, we will do our best to update your shipping address with the carrier, but cannot guarantee they will update it on their end.

Do you accept exchanges?

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Once we’ve packed your order and handed it over to our delivery partner (within 1-3 days), you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.

what do I do if racking shows delivered, but no package was received?

Start by checking the details on tracking page of your local postal details. Usually, they will have a picture showing proof of delivery of your package.

Ask your family members, if they received a package on your behalf.
